Doxolve is a document management and business intelligence platform built by Universal
Information Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a South African software company. We build tools that help

Document Management — Upload, organize, and search your organization’s documents, with
AI-powered search that understands content, not just filenames. OCR automatically extracts text
from scans and images so everything is searchable.
AI Assistant — Ask questions about your documents in plain language and get instant answers,
powered by Anthropic’s Claude AI models.
Business Intelligence — Automatically sync and classify documents from email and SharePoint
into structured runs, with AI-generated reports that summarize key documents, entities, and action
items.
Supplier Reconciliation — Match supplier invoices, statements, and payments automatically, spot
variances, and manage your supplier registry in one place.
Action Items — Assign approvals, reviews, and sign-offs on any document, and track them through
to completion — on the web or from your phone.
Security & Administration — Role-based access control, audit logging, and security event
monitoring, so administrators know who accessed what, and when.
How It Works
Doxolve is deployed for your organization by your IT administrator. Each user gets an account with
permissions tailored to their role — administrators can restrict what modules and features any
given user can see. The mobile app connects securely to your organization’s Doxolve account by
scanning a QR code from the web app — no separate password required.
